• Median price rebounded slightly to $600,000.
• Active listings dipped 5% from last year, keeping inventory tighter.
ποΈ Auburn:
• A big rebound in activity — 63 homes sold, up 117% from last year!
• Median price settled at $636,000, down 7% year-over-year.
• Listings rose 23%, giving buyers more to choose from.
Overall, we’re seeing stronger fall sales activity in Auburn and Grass Valley, while prices remain under pressure across the region as inventory adjusts.
